 What a wonderful, relaxing day! Today we started the morning slowly and hung out at the condo. Everyone joined for some breakfast before heading to the arcade. Everyone enjoyed some games before heading back to the condo for some lunch, while I went to the lobby to try to get the other condo downstairs next to our condo. 

After a lunch of easy Mac, sandwiches, grapes and chips we decided to go on a little tour of some Disney resorts. We drove to the Polynesian Resort and looked around then took the monorail to the Grand Floridian. While at the Grand Floridian there were some photo pass people taking pictures with Cinderella’s glass slipper, so we got our picture with it too! We caught the monorail back to the Polynesian where we enjoyed a dole whip!

It started to sprinkle and we headed back toward the condo. After a little calm down time for the boys we all headed for the pool. The boys are really improving their swimming skills! Rocky and Teddy will both go underwater now and love jumping in the pool. Teddy is starting to get a little braver and will try to do a little “swimming” without his float on.  We enjoyed the music, drinks and company for a couple hours.

We had to get out of the pool for a short little bit when we saw some lightning, but after 30 minutes we got back in! Lauren and Thea had a handstand contest (I participated, too!) and they all played chicken.  Rocky didn’t quite grasp the concept of it and didn’t like getting pushed. 

We planned a group dinner tonight and enjoyed tacos! Rocky was so hungry and ate two large tacos! 

After dinner we celebrated Liz’s 44th birthday with cake and ice cream! Rocky and Peyton wanted to play at the playground so AJ and I took them over there. The boys played catch with Thom outside and others enjoyed relaxing on the benches.  

We tried to get the boys to bed early because they didn’t get naps today and won’t get a nap tomorrow.  After a quick box spring switch from the old condo the other littles went to bed. Thom and Liz are catching up on old memories while I type. Tomorrow will be an early morning to buy Genie+ and get our lightning lane!

 Our travel day began with swimming lessons, Renegade Running Club, cleaning and some last minute packing. We were waiting for the dog food and new shoes to arrive, but FedEx was moving rather slow. I called Solutions to see if they had the number of the FedEx driver and they tried to reach out. As we were just past New Virginia they called and said they had our packages. We turned around quickly to go get them. Unfortunately, when I opened the box we found that the magnetic security tag was still left on one of Rocky’s new shoes!  Nita and Jess generously dropped Mom off at the airport where we could meet her with the car seat and she could take our van with the dogs. Check in went smoothly and they allowed our 41 pound bag through (40 pounds was the limit).The TSA agent was so kind and gave the boys a junior officer badge sticker.  Teddy and Rocky woke up first this morning and woke me up. We got dressed and went to the lobby to check out and back in to our condo.  Then they wanted to go to the playground. We made a little trip to the playground before heading back to meet Thom. We had run a few errands so we loaded up in the convertible and away we went. Our first stop was Dick’s Sporting Goods to remove the security tag from Rocky’s shoes. Then we enjoyed lunch at Johnny Rockets. The boys liked the plate with the smiley face. I thought the burger was pretty good.  After a quick stop at Publix and Dollar Tree we headed back to the condo.  It took some convincing, but the boys went down for a nap before the rest of the crew arrived. I got an elliptical work out in before they arrived. The Alt family arrived about 3:15. We hung out for awhile and once the boys were awake we headed to the pool. The Tooth Fairy came last night! Teddy was so excited to wake up to $5 under his pillow.  Our flight was later in the evening so we had all day to still enjoy Florida. Unfortunately, when we woke up Rocky started not feeling well.  I tried calling Legacy to get our late check out extended but they were unable to do so, so after a little morning swim we said goodbye to the condo and went on our way.  We had heard about Icon Park and decided to check in out. It was rather crowded in the inside area (and rather costly) so we decided to just get lunch and keep moving. We went to the Yard House. The food was wonderful and they had great drinks too. The waitress was very sweet. Unfortunately, Rocky was still not feeling great. We decided to just head to the airport early, find a comfy spot, and wait.  While on the way Rocky threw up massively in the convertible.
